Getting started
-
Connect your wearable and start earning—no app, no long signup. It takes less than 30 seconds.
Ask your gym if they’re on Firefli to compete with others and unlock more rewards.
-
Yes—for users, Firefli is completely free to join and use.
-
In Firefli, there are four global teams. Every user is automatically assigned to one of these teams.
Chapters sit one level below teams and are organized by location.
Guilds are within chapters and usually represent a specific gym or studio.
Squads are within guilds, such as your personal trainer’s group or a class led by an instructor.

Yes! We would love to help you start rewarding your members’ hard work and consistency. Visit the partnership page to learn more!
earning rewards
-
You earn points by completing daily habits tracked through your wearable. As you rack up points, you unlock rewards like gear, including hoodies, gym bags, water bottles, and more.
Points are earned by completing any of the following habits:
- 7,000 steps in a day
- 120 BPM for 20+ min daily
- 7+ hours in bed nightly -
Claiming your reward is easy! Firefli will send an SMS message with a link when your reward is ready to claim. Alternatively, rewards can be claimed from the user dashboard.
-
Nope! When you claim a reward, your points don’t reset — they keep accumulating to hit each new reward milestone.
-
Absolutely! You can start earning points and claiming rewards as soon as you join.
Please note that points are not backdated, so if you join in November, you won’t receive points for October activity.
-
Woohoo! You’ve earned all your rewards. 🎉 If you have not yet claimed your earned rewards, please claim your remaining rewards from your dashboard at app.fireflifit.com.
Points can still be earned until the end of the season. Accumulated points will also continue to contribute to your team leaderboard(s). -
You can claim any earned rewards before the start of the next season. Reward points will expire and reset on 07/08/26.
Using your wearable
-
We currently support Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura Ring, Fitbit, Garmin, and most other major fitness trackers.
-
Firefli tracks simple, healthy habits like daily steps, sleep, heart rate activity, and consistency.
-
Firefli can take up to 24 hours to sync and process your health data. At times, your health data may appear quicker, depending on when our application receives the data from your device. There are many factors that can affect data transmission between your wearable and Firefli, including:
Wearable battery charge
Wearable application configuration
Device battery charge
Device storage capacity and processing power
Device privacy and permission settings
Device configuration
If you do not see your health data after 24 hours, please reach out to Firefli support and we will do our best to help you with your issue.
-
Wearables collect and report data differently, depending on factors such as brand, configurations, battery level, gps strength, and others.
In some cases, data may not pass through to Firefli until your phone is unlocked and the associated wearable application is opened. If you are having trouble recording data, try to open your wearable app directly from your phone.
If you are still having trouble, see some tips for specific wearables below.
Oura
Select “record workout HR” before beginning workoutGarmin
Some Garmin data may not be passed to Firefli until your phone is unlocked and the Garmin app opened (depending on configuration). Syncing your Garmin device in your Garmin app will often fix this issue. -
No problem! Sign in to Firefli, go to Settings → Your Wearable, remove your old device, and connect your new one.
-
Dang! Unfortunately, gaps in habit tracking do occur. Firefli cannot add any past data, however, our rewards are structured in such a way that the full season rewards can be earned without points earned everyday.
-
Firefli ingests data as it becomes available. Depending on wearable configuration, network/gps connection, and other factors, Firefli may receive data for a prior date or earlier time. That data will be processed and reflected on dashboards and leaderboards when available.
seasons & participation
-
You can opt of team competition at the global Firefli level in a few ways:
From the “Settings” menu on the user dashboard.
Contact support@fireflifit.com with your user information and request details.
To opt out of competition at a local level, please contact your local gym admin to help with your request.
-
A rest period is a short break between seasons where Firefli finalizes results, updates challenges, and prepares for the next season. Activity tracking continues, but some features are paused.
-
No. Points and new challenge progress pause during the rest period. Full earning resumes when Season 4 starts on July 8, 2026.
-
Any points earned while belonging to a team will remain on that team leaderboard upon team exit.
Example: User earns 10 points for the Blue team. User opts out of team competition. Blue team leaderboard retains the 10 points User earned, however, the individual user will be removed from individual leaderboard standings.
