If you are a new Firefli user, you can skip the section below, download the app and onboard without the migration plan.

Migration from the
Rook Companion App

For Firefli users migrating from the Rook Companion App, please follow the steps below prior to downloading Firefli Connect.

  1. Open the Rook Companion app on your device.

    • From the menu, select the “Logout” option

  2. Close and uninstall the Rook Companion app

  3. Download and install the Firefli Connect App

  4. Login to the Firefli Connect app

  5. IMPORTANT! - Disconnect your existing health kit or wearable

  6. Reconnect your health kit or other wearable

    • You should be prompted for data permissions at this point if successful

  7. Done!
