What Data Firefli Uses:
Steps, Active Energy (calories burned), Workouts, Distance Traveled, Heart Rate, Sleep Data
How to Connect Garmin Health

Navigate to Settings or Connected Apps.
Select Connect Garmin.
You will be redirected through the ROOK authorization process.
Sign in to your Garmin Connect account when prompted.
Review and approve the requested data permissions.
Tap Allow to complete the connection.
Once connected, your eligible health data will begin syncing automatically.
How to Connect Garmin to Apple Health (iOS)
Open the Garmin Connect app on your iPhone. Tap More (bottom right), then go to Settings > Connected Apps > Apple Health.
Tap to connect, then choose the data you'd like to share (steps, heart rate, workouts, sleep, calories, distance, and more). When the Apple Health permissions screen appears, tap Allow All.
To confirm it worked, open the Apple Health app, tap your profile picture (top right), go to Privacy > Apps, select Garmin Connect, and make sure your toggles are enabled.
A couple of helpful tips:
Keep in mind the sync is one-way, from Garmin to Apple Health, and only transfers data going forward. Historical data won't back fill.

Troubleshooting
Data Is Not Syncing: Confirm your Garmin Connect account is connected and your device is actively syncing to it, verify the data exists in Garmin Connect, ensure an active internet connection, force-close and reopen Firefli Fitness, then disconnect and reconnect Garmin through the app.
Connection Failed:
Restart your mobile device.
Update both Firefli Fitness and Garmin Connect to their latest versions.
Retry the connection process.
Device Data Is Missing: Make sure your device is paired with Garmin Connect, has synced its latest activity, and that Firefli has permission to read the relevant metrics.
*Note - If data has not synced for a while, it is recommended that the Setting for Historical data be enabled. If this setting is not on, data more than a couple of days old will no longer sync and be available for Rook to pick up and process. This toggle can be enabled following the How to Manage Permissions section above.
