Firefli & Google Health User Guide
Firefli uses ROOK to securely connect with Android Health Connect to sync data from the Google Health app and compatible Android devices.

How to Connect Google Health
Open the Firefli Fitness app.
Go to Settings or Connected Apps.
Select Google Health Connect.
You will be redirected through the ROOK/Health Connect authorization process.
Choose the data to share and tap Allow to complete the connection.
Manage Permissions
Where to find them: Google Health App > Connections (top left) > Partner Apps (or Apps and Services) OR Android: Settings > Health Connect > App Permissions > Firefli Fitness
Open Health Connect (Settings > Health Connect on Android, or via the Google Health app).
Under Permissions and data, tap App permissions.
Select Firefli Fitness.
Turn Allow all on, or toggle individual data types.
Troubleshooting
Data Is Not Syncing: Confirm Firefli has permissions in Health Connect, verify the data exists in Google Health, check your internet connection, force-close and reopen Firefli Fitness, then disconnect and reconnect.
Connection Failed: Restart your phone, update Firefli Fitness, Google Health, and Health Connect, then retry.
Device Data Is Missing: Confirm the Google Health app is sharing data with Health Connect and that your device has synced its latest activity.
