Firefli users can join any number of user groups. User groups can be affiliated with a gym, fitness program, run club, or any other fitness focused organization. 

The Firefli groups support a hierarchy, with a guild being the topmost, joinable group. Users will join guilds to participate in a Firefli group. Some guilds may have a collection of groups within the guild, called squads, depending on the size of the guild. Users will not have a choice of squad when joining a guild, instead, a squad will be automatically assigned.

Guilds will have their own leaderboard and in some cases, unique reward opportunities.

There are several ways to join a guild (see How do I join a guild), however, joining a guild always starts with an invitation or code. This code/invitation will be provided by the guild leader in one of two forms:

1. A shareable link (accessible via web app) that will automatically prompt the user to join the guild when tapped. (Ex: https://app.fireflifit.com/?referral=ABCDE12345)

2. A string of characters and numbers that can be input manually in the application (ABCDE12345)

If you have a “join code” (example: ABCDE12345), you can join using our Mobile App or web application.

The instructions below are applicable to both web and mobile applicaitons.

1. Log into Firefli. If you have not previously created an account you will need to go through the onboarding process when first opening the Firefli applications.

   1. The Firefli Connect Mobile application can be downloaded from the Apple Store or the Google Play stores.

   2. The Firefli Web Application can be accessed by navigating to app.fireflifit.com on a browser.

2. Open the menu.

3. Select the “Settings” option in the Menu.

4. Select the “Participation Management” option in the Settings menu options.

5. Enter the Guild Code you received and Click the Join button.

6. After entering a valid code, your newly joined guild should appear in the guild list below the input field.

Sharable links can be used to automatically join guilds via the web application.

1. If you receive a sharable link, in an email or text message, tap the link.

2. If you are not logged into the web application, you will be asked to register/login.

3. Once you reach your dashboard, you will be prompted to join your group/guild.
