Firefli & Oura User Guide

Firefli Fitness uses ROOK to securely connect with Oura, allowing you to sync health and fitness data from your Oura Ring.

What Data Firefli Uses:

Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep, Activity/ Workouts 

How to Connect Oura Ring

  1. Open the Firefli Fitness app. 

  2. Go to Settings or Connected Apps. 

  3. Select Connect Oura. 

  4. You will be redirected through the ROOK authorization process. 

  5. Sign in to your Oura account when prompted and approve the requested data, then tap Allow.

Manage Permissions

Where to find them: Oura app > Menu (three lines) > Settings > App integrations

  1. Open the Oura app. 

  2. Tap the Menu (three lines), then Settings. 

  3. Tap App integrations (or Data Sharing). 

  4. Select the Firefli / ROOK integration and confirm the data toggles are on

Troubleshooting

  • Data Is Not Syncing: Confirm the integration is enabled in Oura, that your ring has synced to the Oura app recently, and check your internet connection. Force-close and reopen Firefli 

  • Connection Failed: Open the Oura app to sync the latest data from your ring, then reopen Firefli.

  • Device Data Is Missing: Restart your phone, update Firefli Fitness and the Oura app, then retry.
