Firefli & Polar User Guide
Firefli Fitness uses ROOK to securely connect with Polar Flow account, allowing you to sync training, heart rate, and activity data.

How to Connect Polar
Open the Firefli Fitness app.
Go to Settings or Connected Apps.
Select Connect Polar.
You will be redirected through the ROOK authorization process.
Sign in to your Polar Flow account when prompted and authorize the data, then tap Allow.
Make sure your Polar device has synced to Polar Flow so there is data to share.
Manage Permissions
Where to find them: Polar Flow> Account Settings > Partners tab.
Sign in to Polar Flow .
Go to Account Settings and open Partners tab.
Select the Firefli / ROOK connection and confirm it is authorized
Open the FireFli app after making changes so it can sync.
Troubleshooting
Data Is Not Syncing: Confirm the partner connection is authorized in Polar Flow, that your device has synced to Polar Flow, and check your internet connection. Force- close and reopen Firefli App
Connection Failed: Restart your phone, update Firefli and Polar Flow, then reopen.
Device Data Is Missing: Sync your Polar device to Polar Flow first, then reopen Firefli.
