Sync times depend on things like:

• Your wearable device and phone’s battery level

• Your wearable app settings

• Your phone’s privacy and permission settings

• Your phone’s storage and performance

If your data still isn’t showing after 24 hours, contact Firefli Support and we’ll help you sort it out.

• Apple users will need to open Apple Health and FireFli app at the same time to ensure regular data sync
