What is the difference between a team, guild, and squad?
Each one is a different size of group you can be part of:
Team: Every user is automatically placed on a color team when they join.
Guild: A larger group that represents a gym, studio, or community.
Squad: A small group within a guild, usually up to 5 people, often led by a personal trainer or group instructor.
